FITNESS

As a mother of 3 plus being a bonus mom I can't tell you enough how much my family means to me. They are both my rock and motivation in everything I do. I would be remised if I didn't share them with all of you. Much of my inspiration in life comes from them. Morgan aka “Melly” is my oldest and what a joy it has been watching her grow to an exceptional student athlete. Konner is my bonus son, he walks to the beat of his own drum and is one of the bravest boys I know. My first children's' book titled, "Never Question" is dedicated to my rainbow twins whom are now 4 years old. You can imagine how much life they bring to our family at this age.

FAMILY

I teach self-love on a daily basis. Many times as mothers and wives we lose ourselves as we try to provide the best possible life for our family. It is important that your circle including your friends add to your happiness not create it for you. Choose love and joy always and free yourself from the things that don't. You got this!

SELF-LOVE

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit"
